The first step in the process is to make a list of your medical history.
Your physical characteristics can be measured and a physical assessment will be done.
The next step in this process is a physical exam.
The PhysiOlogy Lab is located in the gymnasium of the Players’ Association at the United Center.
There are a number of ways you can complete your physical.
You can take a physical at home, or you can go online and complete a PAP or Physi-PAP.
It’s important to get a good score in both.
The physios are trained to do this and will take your results, along with your personal results, to ensure you are in the correct category.
If there is an error, the program will correct the error.
If it is determined that your results were inaccurate, the team doctor will contact you to correct the record.
You will receive an update via email.
You may also submit an update to the Physiatry department, which is located on the third floor of the United Centre.
The physios will then check your physical to ensure it meets the criteria.
A medical history is a summary of what you have done recently, your health history, and your training history.
You are encouraged to record any additional information you have, such as the date and time of your last exercise.
You should also have a list for future reference.
The PAP is a comprehensive health assessment, and it is a great way to ensure your physical is functioning as you expect it to.
You will also receive an e-mail with your results.
Once your results are received, you can review them.
A physical may take up to three weeks to complete.
Once the results are complete, you are sent a physical fitness log.
This log includes a video recording of your performance, including the number of minutes spent in each of your key areas.
You’ll also receive your training log, which includes the number and type of workouts you’ve done.
Once you complete the Physiologist’s assessment, the physios begin the process of evaluating your fitness.
The evaluation process begins with a physical that is done at home or at
